Defining your own "Splash Screen"

To have a "splash screen" come up when your InfoCourier presentation starts, include a bitmap (must be a Windows Bitmap with the extension BMP, not a GIF or JPG), called icsplash.bmp, in the same directory as the "home" page. (The one that you are looking at when you start the compile process).

The splash screen will display centered. Bear in mind that some people might be running on 640*480 displays, so don't make it too big!
